Reach Out
If you're curious about working together, the first step is to reach out. You are welcome to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation, where we can address any questions you might have. If you’re ready to move forward, intakes are scheduled through our director of practice operations. We’ll guide you through each step from there.
Your First few Sessions

I begin every relationship by meeting with parents to gain a holistic understanding of the young person’s strengths, needs, and the goals for therapy. Then, I meet with your child or teen to begin building our relationship and ensure it feels like a good fit. These early sessions help shape an individualized treatment plan, including how often we’ll meet and what kind of support will be most helpful for your family.

Building our goals
We’ll start developing tools and strategies together. You will receive a message after each session outlining those tools and strategies, to support you in implementing them at home. We’ll meet every 4-6 weeks to check in on our goals, and adjust as needed.
The process starts like this:
My fee is $150 per 45-minute session. I am an out-of-network provider and will submit to your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits upon request.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services will be provided in our online system, Therapy Appointment, prior to beginning care. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. For more information about your rights, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Telehealth is typically available for parent sessions and can be discussed for children over the age of 12.

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions canceled before 48 hours will not incur a cancellation fee. If a session is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or the session is missed without notification, the full session fee will be charged.
