Those who give so much of themselves also need a space to recharge. As providers, we can easily overlook our own well-being while attending to the needs of our clients and communities. These gatherings intend to offer a space for intentional rest, connection, and replenishment through shared experiences.

blend your own tea
Join us for a morning to step away from the day-to-day, connect with fellow providers, and get a little creative. Led by Kareema Riddick of Yes Darling Tea, we’ll learn about loose-leaf tea and create custom blends of our own to take home.
We hope you’ll take this as an excuse to slow down for a morning and spend some time with the people who understand the work you do. Come on your own or bring a fellow provider along. There’s always room for a new face at the table (and another cup of tea).
